Buying out of state… Our house buying adventure began with Margaret Walker from Bank First in Madison, MS. We spoke with several other bankers but Margaret (Margie) seemed to care the most out of all of them. After the initial pre-qual was completed, the twist and turns really began. But being we were 4 states away, Margie had everything under control. She was always one step ahead of us. Yet, she was very patient and receptive of all our questions. There were times when my wife and I both emailed at the same time. Yet, Margie answered us both even though it was same answer. She even showed up to our closing to ensure there were no problems at all. What banker goes to closings to make sure their clients have no problems. Margie does! If you need a home loan, just know Margie will help in every way possible to ensure your loan is accurate.
